Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, C#, Power BI, data warehouse technologies, and serverless development, with a focus on maintaining and troubleshooting critical applications in a production environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong experience with C# for application development and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with data warehouse technologies, particularly Redshift, to optimize data storage and performance.
- Experience with serverless development using AWS Lambda to build and maintain scalable applications.
- Knowledge of Event/Queue driven Development, specifically with AWS SQS and SNS.
- Solid experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, and ensuring their reliability and performance.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in production environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while ensuring continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support to maintain and troubleshoot critical applications across various environments.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and system disruptions.
- Develop and deploy code changes aimed at improving system reliability, performance, and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and maintain the data warehouse environment (Redshift) to ensure data integrity and performance optimization.
- Maintain and support MongoDB and other NoSQL databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Support and enhance AWS Lambda functions and other serverless applications, ensuring smooth and scalable operations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis, ensuring issues are resolved and lessons are documented.
