Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement Monitoring Applications: Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications that track personal trading activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Maintain & Enhance Systems: Oversee ongoing improvements to monitoring applications, ensuring they stay current with regulatory updates and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with compliance, legal, and IT teams to define requirements and address application-related issues.
- Ensure Data Accuracy & Integrity: Implement rigorous data validation processes to maintain the accuracy and completeness of trading data.
- Provide Training & Support: Offer training sessions and troubleshooting assistance to users of monitoring applications.
- Generate Reports & Insights: Produce regular reports analyzing personal trading activities to highlight potential compliance risks.
- Stay Informed on Regulations: Keep up with changes in laws and regulations related to personal trading activities, ensuring application compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing trade surveillance systems or similar applications in financial services.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in trade surveillance systems, data analysis, and system integration. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record of leading projects successfully within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
